Who we are?

The idea of the Polish-Ukrainian Bureau for Investment and Trade (PUBIH) in Lviv was born in 2023. It is a response from a group of Polish and Ukrainian entrepreneurs to the need for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction.

Our mission is to increase the inflow of foreign direct investment into the country and to expand and accelerate the internationalisation of both Polish and Ukrainian enterprises.

How do we support greenfield investments?

  • support includes identifying potential investment locations and providing substantive assistance in property selection
  • preparing information on, among others: the level of site readiness, selected statistical data, the local labour market and sector specialisation, secondary and higher education, infrastructure, availability and profile of subcontractors
  • establishing contact and building relationships with project stakeholders
  • organising comprehensive site visits with the participation of commercial partners (e.g. utility providers) and representatives of local authorities
  • experienced experts assist in finding suitable properties for greenfield (investment land) or brownfield (warehouse and production facilities) projects
