Andrzej Kowalewski
Andrzej Kowalewski is a manager with over twenty years of experience in executive positions across the mining, construction, and financial industries. He is the founder and builder of the VIA POLONIA Capital Group. Since 2012, he has held the position of President of the Management Board at the mining company Via Polonia Sp. z o.o. S.K. From 2019 to 2023, he was Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at POL-EURO Marine Fund S.A.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (Real Estate), the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and the Gdańsk University of Technology (Petroleum and Gas Engineering, Offshore Wind Energy). He also holds an MBA from the University of Northampton and has completed business training at Franklin University in Columbus, USA. He is currently continuing his studies at the Lviv Polytechnic National University in Ukraine.

Katarzyna Murawiew
Katarzyna Murawiew is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (Transport and Logistics) and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). She holds multiple certifications, including completion of the Internal Quality Manager Systems QMS Auditor course and professional competence in international freight transport (CPC and IRU Academy). She specialises in administrative operations, logistics and transport management, and the implementation of quality management and ERP systems. She has experience in establishing logistics departments, implementing quality systems, conducting commercial negotiations, building teams, and managing projects.

Marek Socha
Real Estate Expert
Marek Socha is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and a specialist in investment and real estate. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the VIA POLONIA Capital Group (aggregates industry) and acts as an analyst and expert at the Polish-Ukrainian Investment and Trade Office based in Lviv. He has extensive experience in business consulting, including managing reorganization and restructuring processes for companies in challenging financial situations. Marek combines theoretical knowledge with practical market experience, focusing on effective management of investment projects and providing strategic business advisory. In his personal life, he is passionate about mountains and mountaineering.

Biotechnology Expert
Piotr Hildebrandt is an expert in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical production, process validation, technology transfers, and GMP compliance. He has managed projects for global pharmaceutical companies, achieving significant reductions in quality deviations and accelerating PPQ readiness. He is passionate about process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

International Logistics Expert
Robert Daniel Sokołowski is an expert with extensive experience in sales, project management, and international logistics. He has developed his professional career within international organizations across Europe and Latin America, where he was responsible both for managing key clients and for developing strategic business initiatives.
Through his work in global corporations and dynamic industry environments, he has acquired unique competencies combining operational and strategic perspectives – from managing logistics processes to building and leading sales teams. His experience also includes managing investment projects and implementing technical and infrastructure solutions, including for Kuehne & Nagel, MT Container, and Orlen Deutschland.
