From 23 to 26 July 2026, Marina Yacht Park in Gdynia, part of the PHN Group, once again became the centre of Poland’s yachting industry during the 7th edition of the POLBOAT YACHTING FESTIVAL- the largest in-water boat show in this part of Europe. Over four days, the festival once again showcased the strength and potential of the Polish yachting sector, one of the world’s leading producers of modern yachts and recreational boats. Visitors had the opportunity to explore more than 110 boats and yachts, including nearly 30 premieres, several of which made their world debut. The exhibition featured leading Polish shipyards such as Sunreef Yachts, Galeon Yachts, Balt-Yacht, Parker Poland, Northman, TES Yachts, and Wiszniewski Yachts, alongside internationally recognised brands including Princess, Jeanneau, Beneteau, Nimbus, Saxdor, Bali, and Frauscher. This year’s highlights ranged from luxury motor yachts and sailing yachts to catamarans, electric boats and innovative technologies shaping the future of the industry.
As always, the festival offered much more than an exhibition of boats. The programme included water sports demonstrations, exhibitor presentations, meetings with industry representatives and complimentary cruises as part of the “Become a Boater” initiative, giving visitors the opportunity to experience life on the water firsthand. At the same time, sailing enthusiasts could follow the LOTTO Gdynia Sailing Days, one of Poland’s most prestigious sailing regattas.
Another key element of this year’s programme was the EcoPOLBOAT Forum, dedicated to the future of the yachting industry and the challenges of sustainable development. Experts from Poland and abroad, including representatives of European Boating Industry, Volvo Penta and the academic community, shared insights into the latest technological trends, workforce development and international cooperation supporting innovation across the marine sector. The opening day concluded with the POLBOAT Night Gala, celebrating the 20th anniversary of POLBOAT and the presentation of the GDYNIA POLBOAT AWARDS to the most outstanding yachts displayed during the festival. The awards were presented by a jury of renowned yacht designers, engineers and industry journalists, recognising excellence in innovation, craftsmanship and design. The waterfront exhibition area also featured manufacturers of marine equipment, electronics, navigation systems, apparel, financing and insurance services, as well as event partners representing the automotive, tourism and wellness sectors. As a result, the festival served not only as a showcase for the latest yachts and boats, but also as an important platform for networking and exchanging knowledge and experience across the industry.
Representatives of the Polish-Ukrainian Investment & Trade Office (PUBIH) also took part in POLBOAT YACHTING FESTIVAL 2026, using the opportunity to meet with leading manufacturers, investors and business partners to discuss future cooperation and promote investment projects involving Polish and Ukrainian companies. Thanks to PUBIH’s long-standing cooperation with the festival organisers, its representatives also had the opportunity to exchange experience with key figures from the yachting industry and discuss the development of modern manufacturing and innovative technologies.
